The place is nice. Grocery store within walking distance, Starbucks within a block. Mall across the street. Huge parking lot. I don't know why but the front desk clerks are about as friendly as a rock, they do their job, but you are not getting a smile or a thank you. The night time clerk (girl with pigtails) laughed and told me I has to wait as she pet a dog. I'm happy for the dog. Unfortunately he didn't do her any favors by posting a review. It's a nice clean hotel!
Great hotel. Had the best of amenities. All the required for a home cooked meal. Complimentary breakfast was good. I only wish it started earlier. Great clean-up crew. Was quite, even though it was in a super busy area.
Stayed here for one night while working on the road, wish all the Holiday Inn Express were like this. From friendly staff, bigger gym with extra machines than usual, pool area is nice (not outside so very clean). But the best part was definitely the breakfast, the eggs didn’t taste like plastic, the milk options were elite, and the addition of having hashbrowns in the buffet was a nice suprise you don’t see at other Holiday Inn’s. 10/10 experience.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. Only downside to this hotel is the lack of a hot tub which is a bummer if that's where you planned on being while your kids are in the pool.
Great hotel. Location is perfect as everything in town is about a 6 minute drive. Close to a grocery store which is very convenient. The breakfast is fantastic. Would definitely stay again!
Super friendly staff. They let me check in really early.. My flight in Denver had been canceled the night before and it took me all night to get here for a funeral. Needless to say when I made it to Chico my Right Guard had turned into no guard by sometime in the middle of the night and I needed to shower before I went anywhere. They let me check in, the rooms are super clean, and the bed was super comfortable! Highly recommend!
Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast -- no Michelin-rated meal, but great for a hotel. Reasonable price. I was very pleased. The beds are comfortable and the little things, like good water pressure in the shower, added a great deal of comfort to a four-night business stay. If you want a walking experience in the downtown area, this is not for you. But if you want a quiet stay in a clean room with nothing in the way of enjoying your trip, this is a good contender.
Stay here every time I go to Chico it’s the best hotel in the area. Rooms are always clean and facilities are always clean. Best Gym in a hotel I’ve ever used great machines and big workout area. Staff is very friendly every time I stay and the manager is a great team leader he has his staff on point. I highly recommend staying here best hotel in Northern California
